Restoration for Community Housing Redevelopment
GB Facilities Services Ltd was proud to be involved in the transformation of a former children’s home in Manchester – a property undergoing refurbishment to create 24 new housing units for the homeless.
Commissioned by Manchester City Council, our team was called in to professionally remove widespread graffiti across the building’s exterior. Using our specialist cleaning systems, we were able to restore the building façade quickly and effectively, readying the site for its important new purpose.
Our environmentally friendly approach ensured no damage to the underlying substrates, while delivering a clean, dignified appearance in support of the site’s mission to offer safe, stable housing.
More than just cleaning – this project reflects our commitment to enhancing spaces that uplift communities and support positive change.
