GB Facilities Services Ltd is proud to be delivering ongoing exterior cleaning and maintenance works across over 800 residential blocks, as part of a major contract awarded by Northampton Partnership Homes (NPH).
Contract Duration: April 2023 – April 2025 Extension Secured: Now extended through to 2026
Our works are focused on estates such as Spring Boroughs, a community comprising a mix of housing types, including low-rise apartment blocks. Through a joined-up approach to restoration, we are helping NPH breathe new life into these buildings with:
