Service: Anti-Graffiti & Specialist Surface Protection
Product: NU-Guard AG Clear™ totally transparent Protective Coating

Following completion of the artwork, our team applied Nu-Guard invisible protective coating, providing specialist protection without altering the mural’s original appearance or finish.

The protective treatment was applied to:

Prevent Graffiti Adhesion – Helping make future graffiti easier to manage and remove

Protect Against Pollution & Staining – Providing additional defence against environmental contamination

Preserve the Original Finish – Maintaining the appearance and character of the artists’ original work

Provide Long-Term Surface Protection – Helping protect the mural and extend the life of this important piece of public art

Working on a newly completed artwork required a careful and considered approach, ensuring the appropriate level of protection could be achieved while preserving the integrity of the mural beneath.

We are proud to have played a part in protecting this celebration of Northampton’s history, helping ensure the mural can continue to be enjoyed by the community for years to come.
